Grundfos SQFlex system is a reliable water supply system based on renewable energy sources (eg. solar panels) and incorporates an SQF submersible pump with integrated motor protections:
• Dry-running protection, with integrated level electrode placed on the motor cable 0.3 to 0.6 metre above the pump
(depending on model)
• Over-voltage (DC 438 V - 318 V AC)
• Overload protection preventing burnout: if speed falls below 500 rpm, motor stops automatically 30 seconds &
automatically attempts to restart
• Over-temperature protection: if internal motor temperature rises above +85°C motor is cut out and restarts only in
case it drops below +75°C
For increased robustness in aggressive water conditions, all SQ Flex pumps are pre-fitted with a zinc base mount anode
for increased corrosion resistance.
Liquid temperature : +2°C to +40°C when flow past the motor > 0.15 m/sec
pH : 5 to 9
Sand Handling : 50 grams/cubic metre
Pump Material : Stainless Steel AISI 316
Enclosure class : IP 68
Electrical Boxes : IO 50, CU IU 903 to be replaced by CU 202 (see page 10.42_ OR Plug n' Play Control Panel (see page 10.47)
