- Grundfos SQFlex system is a reliable water supply system based on renewable energy sources (eg. solar panels) and incorporates an SQF submersible pump with integrated motor protections:
- • Dry-running protection, with integrated level electrode placed on the motor cable 0.3 to 0.6 metre above the pump
- (depending on model)
- • Over-voltage (DC 438 V - 318 V AC)
- • Overload protection preventing burnout: if speed falls below 500 rpm, motor stops automatically 30 seconds & automatically attempts to restart
- • Over-temperature protection: if internal motor temperature rises above +85°C motor is cut out and restarts only in case it drops below +75°C
- For increased robustness in aggressive water conditions, all SQ Flex pumps are pre-fitted with a zinc base mount anodefor increased corrosion resistance.
- Liquid temperature : +2°C to +40°C when flow past the motor > 0.15 m/sec
- pH : 5 to 9
- Sand Handling : 50 grams/cubic metre
- Pump Material : Stainless Steel AISI 316
- Enclosure class : IP 68
- Electrical Boxes : IO 50, CU IU 903 to be replaced by CU 202 (see page 10.42_ OR Plug n' Play Control Panel
- Electric Power : Any voltage from 1 x 90-240 Volt (-10%/+6%, 50 Hz) VAC or 30-300 VDC, PE with maximum current 12A
